Sunshine Salad

Yummy low points dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 (20 ounce) cans pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 Banana (Optional)
  • 1 (5 1/8 ounce) packages fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix

Directions

  1. Do not drain fruit.
  2. Use pudding mix dry, do not add milk.
  3. Combine all ingredients and blend well.
  4. Chill about 1 hour.
